Promotiv believes that that the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Promotiv  websites is of key importance for the performance of its service activities. Promotiv  attaches great value to the fact that the personal data provided to it by the user of the websites is treated, processed, managed and secured in a confidential, appropriate and careful manner. Processing of personal data

You may give us information about you by filling in forms on the Promotiv websites or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. The information you give us may include your first name and surname, company name, address details, email address, mobile number or telephone number, date of birth. Promotiv as a processor

Promotiv delivers personalised products for customers, often directly to the end customer. As part of this service, we process (personal) data in the role of (sub)processor. Sending the products to the end customer, and thus processing this personal data, takes place on behalf of Promotiv customers.

 

Promotiv processes the personal data it has obtained for the purpose for which they were obtained, namely to prepare and/or execute an agreement, to process a request for information about its services and/or products, to process an order, to send a catalogue or quotation, to create an account for the "My" environment, or to respond to a question, comment or suggestion. In addition, the last octet of the IP address is masked, data sharing is switched off and no other Google services are used in combination with Google Analytics cookies.

 

Disclosure of your information

Promotiv may share your personal information with any member of its group, which means its subsidiaries, its ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries. Promotiv will only provide the data it has obtained to third parties if this is necessary for the execution and improvement of its services and agreements. These parties are prohibited from using the personal data for their own purposes.

1)   In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;

User rights

Promotiv endeavours to take your preferences into account. Any visitor who has not previously entered into a contract with Promotiv will not receive our newsletter until the visitor registers for it personally. If you wish to oppose the processing of your personal data, or if you wish to access, inspect, block, supplement, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, you may contact Promotiv for this purpose. At your request, the personal data will be deleted.
